Can't reset password
What to do if your password reset email never arrives, the link is invalid, or your old email address is inaccessible.
Old email address?
You need access to the email address on your Anyplay account to open the password reset link we email you.
If you don’t have access, here are some options:
- Regain access to the email address if possible.
- Contact support and ask to have the email address updated.
- Create a new account and start fresh.
No account associated with your email address?
If password reset says there’s no account with the email you entered, try again with any other email addresses you have.
Didn’t get the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folders, or any other filtered folders.
If you don’t have access to your email address, see the guidance above for old email addresses.
Invalid password reset link?
Reset your password again, but this time open the emailed link in a private or incognito browser.
