Can't play Anyplay
Troubleshooting steps for playback issues, plus minimum device and storage checks.
If you have any issues with the app, these steps can often fix it:
- Restart the Anyplay app.
- Log out and back in.
- Make sure the app is up to date.
- Check that it’s not in Offline mode in settings.
- Close any other apps you’re not using.
- Reinstall the app.
Didn’t work?
If you’re still having issues, see whether it behaves the same way on another device. If it doesn’t, the problem is likely device-specific:
- Check that your device is supported and fully up to date.
- Your device should have at least 250MB of available memory.
- You may need to perform further troubleshooting with the device manufacturer.
